Our reports are written for readers who want the confirmed facts first — then the context that explains why a story matters.
This site is not a wire service reprint desk. When a story moves quickly, we say what is verified, what is still contested, and which primary document supports each key claim. When we are wrong, we correct the record.
Our editorial purpose
Topic Express exists to make high-impact news readable without stripping out sourcing. Many fast news pages either publish a headline with almost no verification, or paste the same agency language across dozens of sites. We take a third path: short explainers that name the source, date the development, and separate confirmed events from rumour.

How we report
Before a story is published, the desk checks names, dates, figures, and titles against primary material whenever that material is available — government notices, company filings, court orders, exchange disclosures, and scientific papers. Social media posts are treated as leads, not as finished facts.
- Attribution. Major claims are tied to a named source or document.
- Limits. If we cannot verify a detail, we say so in the article.
- Corrections. Factual errors are fixed promptly; email queries@topicexpress.com with the article URL and the correct source.
- Independence. Advertising does not decide our headlines, framing, or what we refuse to publish.
- No thin filler. We do not publish keyword stubs, empty listicles, or machine-written pages created only to grow page count.
